History Of Benefits USA
Benefits USA, Inc. was established in the State of Florida in 1997. The office is located at 3810 Inverrary Boulevard, Suite 302, Lauderhill, Broward County, Florida.
While the company is relatively new, its principals have as extensive background in the pension field. Mr. Prior’s experience as a public pension trustee dates back to 1977 and Ms. Furlong’s experience as a pension administrator dates back to 1970. Each has continued his and her education in the pension field, as can be seen in the biographies.

COORDINATION WITH ACTUARY
Provide data required by actuary to perform actuarial valuation promptly following close of plan year.
Summary Plan Description as required by Florida law for public pension plans at least every other year. SPD must be furnished to all new hires.
Respond to calls for assistance: lost check, change of address, change of bank for direct deposit and changes in withholding tax or insurance premium deductions.
